A patented microencapsulation technology was used to produce the N°1 preparation. This involves coating each bacterial cell with a thin layer of lipids. Molten lipid droplets surround each individual bacterium, protecting it both during storage and during transport through the digestive system. Microencapsulation increases the number of microorganisms, thus ensuring total protection of the cell against moisture, acidity, oxidation, pH and osmotic pressure. • Infants and children up to 3 years of age: 1 sachet per day.
