Take 2 tablets daily, preferably one with breakfast and one with lunch or dinner, or as recommended by your doctor or pharmacist.

More specifically, the following were used:
- 2 of the most well-known and effective adaptogenic herbs, in the form of a titrated extract: Rhodiola Rosea and Korean Ginseng.
- High content of all B vitamins, as they contribute to the normal functioning of metabolic processes aimed at energy production*. Particular emphasis was given to vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, which contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue* and to pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5), which in addition to treating tiredness and fatigue, also contributes to normal mental function.
- High dose (30mg, per 2 tablets) of coenzyme Q10 and taurine as these two micronutrients participate in the production of cellular energy.
- Vitamins D, C, selenium, folic acid, zinc, and copper, as people with chronic fatigue often experience immune disorders and these micronutrients contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system.
- High dose of magnesium (300mg, per 2 tablets), which in addition to treating tiredness and fatigue, also contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system
