Glutathione is a tripeptide synthesized from Cysteine, Glutamic Acid, and Glycine. It forms the enzyme glutathione peroxidase, which is one of the most powerful antioxidant enzymes in the body.
Lamberts Glutathione Complex contains sufficient levels of each peptide, as well as a full amount of glutathione for effectiveness.
Instructions for use
Absorption time : Less than 30 minutes
Dosage : 1 to 3 capsules daily, with juice or water instead of milk. Amino acids are better absorbed if taken half an hour before meals or bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Storage : Store in a cool, dry place, away from light. Keep out of reach of children.
