Composition in 1 capsule: Psyllium (Indian sorghum) 250 mg, Prunus armeniaca (common apricot) 170 mg, Cassia angustifolia (senna cassia) 50 mg, Plantago lanceolata (spear sorghum) 7.5 mg, Anethum graveolens (fennel) 0, 1 mg gelatin capsule.

Mode of use

Recommended dose: drink 2 capsules in the evening with liquid
