How to use

FREEZER COOLING INSTRUCTIONS: Store in

freezer for at least 2 hours. Remove from freezer, place in the included pocket

HOT WATER HEATING INSTRUCTIONS: Place the compress in boiling water for a maximum of 5 minutes.
