Properties:
- melatonin contributes to reducing the time needed to fall asleep, the beneficial effect is obtained under the conditions of consuming 1 mg of melatonin before going to bed;
- contributes to alleviating sleep disorders, the beneficial effect is obtained under the conditions of consumption of a minimum dose of 0.5 mg administered before going to bed on the first day of the trip and in the following few days after arriving at the destination;
- Valerian extract in a high concentration, 500 mg, supports relaxation and sleep.

How to use:
Recommended: 1 tablet per day, swallowed with plenty of water. It is consumed right before going to bed.
