Description
Dietary supplement of vitamins, magnesium, and taurine. This comprehensive magnesium-based formulation is recommended for use in situations of stress (folic acid), fatigue (folic acid, magnesium, vitamins B6, B12), and muscle fatigue (magnesium, vitamin D). The magnesium salt used, magnesium glycerophosphate, has been shown to have excellent gastrointestinal tolerability. Vitamins B6, B12, and B9 are present in their natural and most effective forms. They are immediately absorbed and active without transformation.
Suitable for vegetarians.

Ingredients
Magnesium glycerophosphate (900 mg), taurine, bulking agents: maltodextrin and hydroxypropylcellulose, anti-caking agents: sodium carboxymethylcellulose, silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate, pyridoxal-5-phosphate (vit B6), calcium L-methylfolate (vit B9), methylcobalamin (vit B12), cholecalciferol (vit D3).
Free from soy and milk proteins.

Gluten free.
