For 50g of product, the GL (glycemic load) is equivalent to only 7.0g of glucose.
The glycemic load is the basis of modern weight loss treatments. The product is specially designed to slowly release energy (glucose) in the blood, maintaining the feeling of satiety.
The product is a mixture of cashew nuts, almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios with golden flax seeds, pumpkin, sunflower and oat flakes.
Its composition makes it a product rich in vegetable proteins, dietary fibers, Omega 3 fatty acids, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. It also contains iron-rich molasses, indicated in anemia.
