The preparation contains a maximum portion of 18 mg of vitamin B6 in the active form P-5-P. All ingredients are enclosed in a dye-free vegetable cellulose capsule. Vitamin B6 helps with: the correct synthesis of cysteine, the proper functioning of the nervous system, the proper production of red blood cells, the proper functioning of the immune system, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Ingredients: inulin from chicory root (Cichorium) 470 mg, pyridoxal-5-phosphate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (vegetable cellulose coating). How to use: 1 capsule per day. Drink water. The daily serving contains: Vitamin B6 18 mg 1286% RWS* *RWS reference value Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. Food supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
