Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal metabolism of proteins and glycogen, of homocysteine, to the normal formation of red blood cells, to the normal functioning of the nervous, neuronal and immune systems, to the development of the bone matrix. It has beneficial effects in depression and anemia. Cycloserine, ethionamides, hydralazines, immunosuppressants, isoniazids, penicillins, contraceptives, and estrogens may decrease the absorption of Vitamin B6. It is recommended to take it at least 2 hours apart.

Way of ussage:
Adults – one capsule a day, preferably in the morning.

Other ingredients: bulking agents (maize starch, microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agents (talc, silicon dioxide), capsule (gelatin, colors: azorubine, red iron oxide, yellow iron oxide).
