Fenugreek tea actions:
Internal :

Indications
Fenugreek tea: treatment of contusions, stomatitis, oropharyngeal diseases, TB, diabetes, antidiarrheal, aphrodisiac:

Internal:
- male sterility, impotence - powder. Take a teaspoon 4 times a day, on an empty stomach, in long-term cures. In practice, the combination of fenugreek with the root or seeds of the bear's branch has proven to be extremely effective. A popular recipe indicates for these cases the consumption of a teaspoon of fresh juice obtained by squeezing the plant, added to a cup of milk. In this way, 3 cups of milk with napraznic are consumed per day, the effects being amazing in terms of restoring the sexual appetite and the power to procreate.
- benign tumors with various locations - combined infusion. Drink 2-3 cups a day in courses of 3 months, with a break of 1-2 months. - adjuvant in cancer (especially uterine, but also pulmonary, intestinal, breast or other locations) - powder. One teaspoon is administered 4 times a day in 6-month courses.
- female sterility, frigidity - powder. One teaspoon is taken 4 times a day, usually in combination with a little cinnamon to reduce the smell, which is not very pleasant for women. - uterine hemorrhages of various etiologies, dysmenorrhea - powder. Half a teaspoon of powder is administered every 2 hours during the first 3 days of treatment, after which it is administered 4 times a day.
- nephritis, cystitis (including the one accompanied by bleeding) - combined infusion. It has a cicatrizing, anti-inflammatory and local immune stimulant effect. It is very good to be associated with stronger urinary antiseptic plants: cranberry, juniper tincture, pine resin tincture.
- diarrhea, inflammation of the intestine - concentrated combined infusion (2-3 teaspoons per cup). Drink 2-3 cups a day. It has an effect of precipitating the proteins in the intestine, which determines a very rapid effect of reducing inflammation and destroying microorganisms at this level.
- irradiation, sequelae after irradiation - take a teaspoon of napraznic 4-6 times a day. It has an adjuvant effect.
Other internal uses: Fenugreek grass is also indicated by folk medicine in: hoarseness and sore throat, bronchial catarrh, pain along the nerves, bleeding from the nose (epistaxis), gout, jaundice, tuberculosis with various locations (obviously it has adjuvant role), leucorrhoea, enteritis and hemorrhagic gastroenteritis.
External
- eye irritations, eye fatigue - poultice on the eyes. It is maintained for 30 minutes.
- herpes with various localizations - with the highly concentrated combined infusion (5 teaspoons per cup) washes are made and compresses are applied.

How to prepare fenugreek tea:
Infusion of 1/2 teaspoon of the product to a cup of boiling water, drink one cup a day.
External: gargle, compresses, baths with herbal decoction.
