Ingredients

Magnesium (magnesium salts of citric acid, magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium malate), hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, acacia fiber, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).

Magnesium – contributes to the proper functioning of the nervous system and the maintenance of normal psychological functions. It contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin B6 - helps in the proper functioning of the nervous system and reduces the feeling of tiredness and fatigue.

Recommended daily intake

Adults: Take 3 capsules daily with a meal. Drink a glass of water.

For sleep problems - take 1 capsule in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening, no later than 4 hours before bedtime.
