Nestlé NAN® Expert Pro HA 2 is a follow-on formula intended for healthy infants over 6 months of age who are at increased risk of developing a cow's milk protein allergy (e.g., if a family member is allergic) and who are not breastfed. It is a continuation of NAN® Expert Pro HA 1. NAN® Expert Pro HA 2 should not be used in infants with a known cow's milk protein allergy. Introducing other follow-on formulas or cow's milk to an infant's diet must be done under medical supervision.

NAN® Expert Pro HA 2 is only part of an infant's varied diet during and after weaning. It should not replace breast milk for the first 6 months of an infant's life. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important for a child's health. The unique composition of NAN® Expert Pro HA 2 contains:

• partially hydrolyzed protein,
• immunonutrients: *, iron*, A* and C*, i.e. minerals and vitamins involved in the proper functioning of the immune system,
• DHA and ARA, i.e. essential unsaturated fatty acids from the omega-3 and omega-6 families,
• Bifidobacterium lactis bacterial cultures.

Thanks to the use of an appropriate 2-stage hydrolysation process, whole milk is divided into smaller fragments in precisely defined places, which leads to the creation of hydrolysed protein that can be consumed by children belonging to the group at increased risk of developing an allergy to cow's milk protein.
