Hypoallergenic, nutritionally complete amino acid-based formula in powder form. For the dietary management of children with cow's milk protein allergy, multiple food protein allergies.

Neocate Junior is a Dietary Food for Special Medical Purposes.

Important note:

• Administered only enterally
• Not for parenteral use
• Must be used under medical supervision.
• Not indicated for infants
• Recommended as the sole source of nutrition or as a supplement to children's diets.

Recommended intake:

• The required quantity and dilution must be determined by a doctor and depend on the child's age, weight, and medical condition.

Storage:

• Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight.
• Once the box is opened, it must be consumed within one month.
• Packaged in a protective atmosphere.

Recommended concentration:

• The recommended dilution is 21.1% w/v (1 kcal/ml), for example to 65 ml of water add 2 scoops (16 g powder) and obtain a final volume of 75 ml of formula
• One measure provides 8 g of powder
• In order to ensure the transition from Neocate LCP to Neocate Junior, the product can be diluted with 0.69 kcal/ml
• Furthermore, if tolerated, Neocate Junior can be administered in a more concentrated form, providing 1.26 kcal/ml (see table).
