Marine Omega is a dietary supplement rich in omega-3 fatty acids, namely eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). EPA and DHA come from fish oil and krill and provide 1,400 mg of omega-3 fatty acids per day.

EPA and DHA help maintain normal heart function when at least 250 mg is consumed daily. In addition, a daily dose of 250 mg of DHA helps to maintain normal brain function and vision. We can definitely say that they are quite a talented pair.

Daily doses

Take two (2) gel capsules twice daily with liquid during meals.
