OptiFibre is a food intended for special medical purposes, recommended for the dietary management of patients with intestinal transit disorders.
The product can be consumed by children over 3 years of age, adults, and pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Benefits:
- OptiFibre contains 100% soluble fiber, with a prebiotic effect, which helps regulate intestinal transit
- It can also be consumed by diabetics

Ingredients:
- Partially hydrolyzed guar gum (may contain milk).
- One serving of OptiFibre contains 5 g of powder = 4.3 g of fiber.
How to use:
- It can be mixed with liquids or soft foods, hot or cold, without altering the taste or texture
- For optimal dissolution, do not mix with carbonated beverages
- Do not administer parenterally
- It is recommended to start with 1 scoop per day (or 1/2 for children under 11 years of age)
- If necessary, gradually increase consumption, with one scoop every 3 days, without exceeding the maximum recommended daily dose of 5 scoops per day
- Once bowel activity has regulated, do not increase the number of scoops per day
- It is recommended to use for at least 3 weeks.
