Pancake mix with buckwheat, 375 g, Orgran

Properties:
- the mixture for pancakes with Orgran buckwheat is whole and does not contain added cane sugar, being able to obtain from it delicious and nutritious pancakes to the taste of the whole family;
- buckwheat, the main ingredient, is part of the rhubarb plant family and is considered the best source of biological protein in the plant kingdom;
- it is a quality natural product, without wheat, gluten, milk, egg, yeast, soy or genetically modified organisms;
- does not contain added cane sugar, milk or derivatives of animal origin;
- it is manufactured in such a way as to meet special nutritional needs.

Ingredients:
Buckwheat flour (49%), tapioca starch, rice flour, corn starch, growth agents: monocalcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, calcium carbonate. Potato starch, acidity corrector: citric acid. Vegetable gum (stabilizer): Methylcellulose.
