Description
Features:
- Increases physical performance
- Improves short-term performance at high intensity
- Improves repeat speed performance
- Functional dose of creatine = 3 g per day
Creatine is part of the natural metabolism of cells. It is found in muscle, brain and blood in both phosphate and free form. The daily physiological need is about 2 g of creatine, while part of it is obtained from food and part through its own production, that is, the synthesis from three amino acids - glycine, arginine and methionine. An increased amount of creatine leads to an increase in the level of creatine phosphate in the cell. The supply of this macroergic creatine phosphate serves to maintain the necessary amount of ATP (adenosine triphosphate) as an energy source for muscle contraction. Supplementing with higher doses of creatine for 2-3 days has been found to increase muscle creatine phosphate, which is one of the prerequisites for increased speed performance.
Creatine increases physical performance during repeated interval and short-term high-intensity exercise. A positive effect is obtained with the intake of 3 g of creatine per day. The vitamin C present contributes to the proper functioning of the immune system, and the chromium to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels and the normal metabolism of macronutrients.
The ergogenic effects of oral creatine supplementation may be particularly useful during high-intensity interval or short-term exercise, e.g. during cycling, swimming, athletics or sports games (volleyball, basketball, football, hockey, tennis, squash...).
Dosage
Immediately before use, dissolve 2 level teaspoons (approx. 5g) of Penco Creatine in 250-350ml of a high glycemic index drink such as Penco MD, Penco ED or juice. If you want to get the desired effects, follow the given preparation procedure.
The maximum daily dose is 16 g of Penco creatine = 15 g of creatine monohydrate.
Dosing in two stages
15 g of creatine monohydrate per day, e.g. 5 g 3 times a day for 1 week.
2nd maintenance phase: 3 - 5 g of creatine per day for 4 - 6 weeks
After 6-8 weeks of using Penco Creatine, a period of 4 weeks without supplementation should follow to avoid unwanted body adaptation.
Warning
Do not exceed the maximum recommended dose, i.e. 3 doses of 20 g per day. Do not drink caffeinated beverages when supplementing with creatine. Caffeine can interfere with the effects of creatine. For people with more severe liver or kidney damage, it is necessary to consult a doctor. It is not intended for children under 12 years of age. Keep out of reach of children!
