PharmoVit ^® Omega 3-6-9 is a food supplement in the form of softgel capsules intended for adults to supplement their daily, balanced diet with the valuable ingredients contained therein. Each capsule contains a blend of 3 oils: fish, linseed and sunflower seed, which provide unsaturated fatty acids:

• omega-3: eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and alpha-linolenic acid (ALA);
• omega-6: linoleic acid (LA);
• omega-9: oleic acid (OA).

The composition of the preparation has been additionally enriched with vitamin E, which helps protect cells against oxidative stress.

The PharmoVit ^® Omega 3-6-9 package contains 60 capsules and is sufficient for 2 months of supplementation for an adult according to the recommendations.

Omega acids – properties

• EPA and DHA acids contribute to the proper functioning of the heart. The beneficial effect occurs when 250 mg of EPA and DHA are consumed per day. DHA acid also contributes to maintaining good brain function and maintaining correct vision. The beneficial effect occurs when 250 mg of DHA is consumed per day.
• ALA and LA acids help maintain proper blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect occurs when 2 g of ALA and 10 g of LA are consumed per day.
