Properties:
- microbiotic food supplement with a very high concentration of bacteria, recommended for an optimal initial population with bacteria and for the rapid restoration of the balance of the intestinal flora;
- contains 8 different strains of live bacteria (lactic bacteria and bifidobacteria), in a concentration of at least 450 billion bacteria per envelope;
- does not contain genetically modified organisms, gluten, soy, preservatives, dyes or synthetic sweeteners.

Mode of administration:
Children (1-14 years): 1 sachet per day, in the morning, before breakfast.
Young people over 14 and adults: 1-2 sachets a day, in the morning, before breakfast.
It is important to take it daily to achieve a balanced digestive system.
The contents of one sachet can be mixed with non-acidified water or juice, or with liquid food such as yoghurt, then swallowed immediately.
It is important that the temperature of the water or food is below 25°C, so preferably they are cold or at room temperature.
It can be taken during antibiotic treatment, but it is better to take it at least 3 hours before or after taking the antibiotic.

Streptococcus thermophilus DSM24731®, lactic bacteria (Lactobacillus acidophilus DSM24735®, Lactobacillus plantarum DSM24730®, Lactobacillus paracasei DSM24733®, Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp. bulgaricus DSM24734®), bifidobacteria (Bifidobacterium breve DSM24732®, Bifidobacterium longum DSM24736®, Bifidobacterium infantis DSM24737®), maltose. May contain traces of milk.

Precautions:
It contains live bacteria sensitive to heat, so it is recommended to keep the product in the refrigerator (4-8°C). However, it can also be stored at room temperature (maximum +25°C) for up to a week without affecting its qualities.
Bloating can be a common side effect due to the adaptation of the gut microbiome to the new bacteria.
To date, there are no known contraindications to taking Vivomixx during pregnancy, but a doctor should still be consulted when taking this or any other dietary supplement during pregnancy.
