How to use:

• Children 3 to 12 years of age: 1-2 capsules daily
• Adults and children over 12 years of age: 2-4 capsules daily
• For use in young children, the capsule can be opened and its contents dissolved in cold or lukewarm liquid (e.g., water, tea, milk). The preparation should be consumed immediately after preparation.
