Szostakowski Liquid Balm (vinilinum) is a product for the care of damaged epidermis and mucous membranes exposed to prolonged pressure, for example, in bedridden individuals (immobilized and unconscious).

It has protective properties that shield and protect the skin and mucous membranes.

After application, the balm acts as a protective barrier, preventing the effects of bacterial and fungal toxins and other irritants by creating an insulating layer on the surface of the damaged tissue.

The balm is a thick, viscous, pale yellow liquid (polyvinyl butyl ether).

Indications: 

• For the care of damaged epidermis and mucous membranes exposed to prolonged pressure, e.g., in immobilized and unconscious individuals
• The liquid balm nourishes the skin: for thermal and radiation burns, frostbite, and leg ulcers. It supports the natural regenerative functions of damaged tissues and mucous membrane injuries.

Ingredients (INCI):

Polyvinyl butyl ether.

How to use: 

Apply to the skin by applying gauze dressings impregnated with the preparation, or directly to the affected area.

Contraindications: 

The balm should not be used on children, pregnant women, or nursing mothers.

Presentation: 100 g bottle = 110 ml.
