Vitamin C MAP (M - 1421), 5 g, Mayam

A very stable derivative of vitamin C, potent antioxidant, which acts to improve the appearance of the skin, brightens the complexion, increases the level of skin hydration, stimulates collagen synthesis, reduces hyperpigmentation.

A very stable derivative of vitamin C, soluble in water, which does not degrade in light and oxygen, but which is as potent in cosmetic applications as ascorbic acid.
For those with sensitive skin or who want to avoid the exfoliating effect of ascorbic acid, this may be a more suitable choice for the formulation of cosmetics.

Features:
Yellowish-white powder.
pH value (3% in water): 7-8.5.

Properties:

How to use:
- usual dosage 0.5 - 3% and up to a maximum of 15% in intensive treatments;
- for hyperpigmentation it is indicated in a percentage of at least 5%;
- it is soluble in water in a percentage of up to 15%;
- in compositions that are not prepared by heating, vitamin C (MAP) can be heated together with water, up to 40°C, to facilitate its dissolution;
- in emulsions it can be included in the aqueous phase, considering that it does not degrade if it is subjected for a short time to temperatures of up to approx. 75°C;
- in emulsions it can also be included in the final phase, dispersed beforehand in a little water;
- it can be incorporated into the cream base from our offer, no more than 5%, pre-dispersed in a small amount of water or glycerin; the pH of the final composition will be measured and adjusted as necessary, to fall within the optimal range;
- the pH range in which it works optimally is 6-7; in compositions with a pH lower than 6, it can cause a color change.

- daily care of any type of skin, especially mature skin;
- anti-aging and anti-wrinkle treatments;
- skin lightening treatments, correction of age spots;
- sun protection products;
- "after-sun" products;

- formulas for protecting the skin from the damage of external factors, including urban pollution;
- makeup compositions, foundation, BB Cream, CC Cream;
- cosmetic preparations for hand care.
