Properties:
- the natural source of 5-HTP (Griffonia simplicifolia)
- the addition of vitamins C and B6 that contribute to improving the process of transforming 5-HTP into serotonin

Effects and benefits:
5-HTP (l-5-Hydroxytryptophan) is an amino acid precursor to the neurotransmitter serotonin - also called the "happy substance". Nature's Way® uses natural 5-HTP, extracted from the seeds of the Griffonia simplicifolia plant.

- induction of calmness, self-confidence, relaxation, desire and ability to communicate: increasing serotonin levels

Composition (Per 2 tablets):
5-HTP 100 mg (L-5-Hydroxytryptophan) (from Griffonia simplicifolia)
Vitamin C 120 mg
Vitamin B6 8.32 mg

Mode of administration:
1-2 tablets 3 times a day at meals or according to the specialist consultant's recommendation.

Contraindications:
Not to be used by children under 12 years of age, pregnant women, those who want to become pregnant or who are breastfeeding, people with allergies to any of the components, people diagnosed with ulcers, irritable bowel, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, gluten intolerance (the disease celiac disease), epilepsy, scleroderma, Parkinson's or people receiving allopathic treatment for these conditions or antidepressants.
