Recommended dosage and method of use

Take 15-20 drops of tincture 3 times a day. The tincture can also be added to a drink, e.g. in water, tea.

The recommended daily dose (60 drops) contains 51 mg of valerian extract.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. It is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. The product is not intended for children, pregnant and lactating women. Keep out of reach of children. Shake before use, a slight disturbance is not harmful. Store in a dry place at a temperature of 5-25 °C.
