Nutritional supplement containing a highly absorbable form of magnesium and vitamin B6.

The magnesium in this preparation is in an organic form, highly absorbable, with high bioavailability. The added vitamin B6 improves the absorption of magnesium and at the same time acts synergistically with magnesium (they mutually support each other in their effects).

Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to:

• for the proper functioning of the nervous system,
• to the proper functioning of the psyche,
• to the correct metabolism important for energy production,
• to reduce exhaustion and fatigue.

Magnesium also contributes to the proper functioning of muscles and the maintenance of healthy bones and teeth.

Recommended dose:

Adults 1 tablet 2 to 3 times a day, preferably with food. Pregnant and lactating women 1 tablet per day, preferably with food.

The preparation does not contain gluten, lactose or sugar.
