Description
Cold-pressed linseed oil 1000 mg is a food supplement that contains cold-pressed linseed oil. This ingredient is a natural source of omega 3-6-9 acids, including alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), linoleic acid (LA) and oleic acid (omega-9).
Linoleic acid (LA), a member of the omega-6 family, and alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), an omega-3 fatty acid, help maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect occurs when 10 g of LA per day and 2 g of ALA per day are consumed.
