Properties:
- is a dietary supplement containing lactoferrin, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), ferrous bisglycinate (Ferrochel), folate ((6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid (Quatrefolic), vitamin Α (β-carotene) and vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin );
- contains an innovative form of iron, well tolerated by the stomach and intestines, in association with Lactoferrin, a protein that transports iron in the body and is characterized by a high capacity to capture iron ions from the body, together with a specific complex on base of Quatrefolic, Ascorbic Acid, Beta-Carotene and Methylcobalamin which can help unlock and absorb iron in the body;
- it can be useful in the management of iron deficiency anemia (iron deficiency), but on the recommendation of the specialist, it can also be used in other types of anemia, such as: megaloblastic anemia (folic acid deficiency), pernicious anemia (vitamin B12 deficiency ), but also thalassemia minor with an iron-deficient component (a genetic disease characterized by a low level of iron in the body);
- it can also be administered safely during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Mode of administration:
1 tablet per day.
Lactiferon plus should be consumed immediately (for example within 15 minutes maximum) after the main meal of the day, to facilitate the absorption of iron.

Ingredients:
Each Lactiferon plus tablet contains: Thickening agents: microcrystalline cellulose. Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid, Ferrous bisglycinate, Lactoferrin (contains milk and milk derivatives, including lactose).
Glazing agents: shellac, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, talc, polyethylene glycol. Vitamin A (beta-carotene).
Anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide. Colorants: iron oxides and iron hydroxides, Folate ((6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid, glucosamine salt). Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin).
Lactiferon plus tablets are gastro-resistant to release all ingredients in the intestine.

Precautions:
Do not exceed the recommended dose for daily consumption.
