Fish oil: contains Omega 3 essential polyunsaturated fatty acids, involved in the regulation of fat metabolism. Omega 3 cannot be produced by the body, so it must be supplemented through the diet. DHA contributes to maintaining normal vision and normal brain function*. EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function**. (The beneficial effect is obtained under the conditions of a daily consumption of 250mg DHA*, respectively, of 250mg EPA + DHA**).

Ingredients:
1 capsule (1,608 mg/cps): oil exceeds 1,200 mg*;
capsule: gelatin, glycerin, purified water; antioxidant: Lemon oil (Citrus limonium) (*maximum daily dose / 1 soft capsule provides at least 432 mg EPA / eicosapentaenoic acid and 288 mg DHA / docosahexaenoic acid). Contains fish. Nutritional values: 41.84 kj/10 kcal/cps.

Administration method:
- 1 capsule a day, during the meal. It is recommended to drink 1-2 liters of liquids per day.
