Nutridrink ^® Protein is a specialized, high-protein nutritional preparation developed for malnourished patients and those at risk of malnutrition resulting from disease, especially for people with an increased demand for protein. The high-energy and high-protein liquid preparation with strawberry flavor is intended for direct consumption.

The product provides the necessary energy and nutrients needed by a sick person who has problems with eating only traditional meals. Protein is an important component of medical nutrition during therapy and convalescence. Providing protein to the body is very important in the case of oncological diseases.

Application

Food for special medical purposes for the dietary management of malnutrition and the risk of malnutrition associated with the disease, including:

• as preparation for chemotherapy, radiotherapy and surgery,
• between chemotherapy and radiotherapy cycles
• during the recovery period
• in palliative care.

Recommended intake

Contraindications

• Do not use in children under 6 years of age.
• Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients of the preparation.

• Use under medical supervision.
• The product cannot be used as the only source of food.
• Do not use in people who do not have the above-mentioned diseases, health disorders or who have no medical indications for its use.
• Before starting to use the preparation, read the information on the recommended intake and method of use provided on the packaging.
• Use with caution in children aged 6-10 years and in patients with renal impairment.
• Drink adequate amounts of fluids to keep the patient hydrated.
• After opening, the product should be stored in the refrigerator and consumed within 24 hours.
