Description
OleoVitum Borage contains borage seed oil, which is characterized by a high content of unsaturated fats, including polyunsaturated fats. These include the Omega-6 fatty acids, linoleic acid (LA) and gamma-linolenic acid (GLA). The beneficial effect of linoleic acid occurs with a daily intake of 10 g, it helps to maintain normal cholesterol in the blood, as well as replacing saturated fats with unsaturated fats in the diet.
