From 2200 mg of the plant, 550 mg of extract (min. 110 mg of saponins) were obtained, which corresponds to the recommended daily dose in one capsule. The product does not contain unnecessary additives, which makes it safe for people with food allergies and intolerances.

Ingredients: fenugreek seed extract (Trigonella foenum-graecum), inulin, coating (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).

Daily serving: 1 capsule, after a meal. Swallow the capsule with a little water. We suggest taking it with or immediately after a meal.
