Chromium helps maintain normal blood glucose levels. By increasing acidity in the digestive tract, there is a gradual decrease in harmful bacteria in the intestines. The fiber contained is in the form of inulin, it is not digested in the small intestine and thus behaves as soluble fiber. The caloric value of inulin is very low, it is also sweet and can therefore be used as a substitute for sugar. Vitamin C contributes to normal energy metabolism and to the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion.

Recommended dosage

1-2 tablets per day, before meals. Swallow the tablet whole and drink it with liquid.
