The 3M Futuro Epicondylitis Elbow Support is designed to provide good support and compression to the elbow joint. This product minimizes the stress placed on the elbow and facilitates blood flow.

First, the support allows the joint to rest and prevents excessive strain from movement. Second, improved blood flow to the tissues delivers more nutrients and oxygen, facilitating recovery. Furthermore, its breathable materials prevent an uncomfortable, damp feeling.

It is indicated for large people who have an injury or weakness in the left or right elbow area.

Position the accessory so that the compression pads are on the underside of your forearm. In addition, the following instructions should be considered for proper use of the product:

• Applying too much compression is not recommended because this could greatly disrupt blood flow.
• Do not use accessories in your hand that could get caught in the fabric. Also, do not pull too hard on the edges to avoid tearing it.
• It is important to wash this accessory by hand with mild soap. Do not dry it in the sun or using heat sources.
• Some people have very sensitive skin, so after a long period of time they may experience some signs of inflammation. This is normal as long as it's not accompanied by irritation or itching. To prevent this, you can readjust the mask several times a day or remove it for a few minutes if absolutely necessary.
• If the joint pain doesn't lessen even slightly when using this device, it's best to consult a doctor. This is to rule out or confirm other, more serious problems.
• Replace this product every 6 months. The fibers wear out with use and washing. After this time, it no longer provides the same benefits.
• When the elbow pad tears, it should not be knitted, as this does not restore its compressive properties.
