Suitable for use with the following blood glucose meters: Accu-Chek Performa, Accu-Chek Performa Nano, Accu-Chek Performa Combo, Accu-Chek Performa Expert.

How to use:

• Applying blood to the test strip: Use a lancing device to prick the side of your fingertip
• To better form a drop of blood, rub your finger towards the tip and apply light pressure.
• Place a drop in the center of the orange field and remove your finger from the test strip.
• Test strips are very sensitive to humidity in the air
• Do not remove the tests with wet hands and close the test strip container with the original cap immediately after removing the test.
• The lid of the test container contains a desiccant that protects the tests from moisture. If moisture enters the container, for example through wet hands, or if the container is left open for a long period of time, the desiccant loses its properties.
• Using unusable test strips may lead to incorrect results.
• Failure to observe the following points may result in incorrect measurements.

Warnings:

• Only use test strips that have not yet expired.
• Do not remove the test from the container with wet hands.
• Close the test collection container carefully.
• Do not bend the test strip when inserting it into the meter.
• Do not bend or move the test strip before or during blood application and during measurement.
• Store in a dry place, out of reach of small children.
