Instructions for use
Take 1 or 2 dessert spoons a day, preferably in the morning. Average contents per daily dose: 1 teaspoon (4.5 g): rosemary honey 4.14 g, fresh royal jelly 0.36 g. 2 teaspoons (9 g): rosemary honey 8.28 g, fresh royal jelly 0.72 g.
