Anise is a plant cultivated since ancient times in Asia Minor, then spread to Europe. It is widely used in folk medicine to relieve digestive and respiratory problems.
Ingredients:
The fruits of the plant Pimpinella Anisum L., family Apiaceae, which contain volatile oil rich in anethole, anisic aldehyde, choline, ketones; lipids; proteins; sugars; mineral substances.
Effect:
Expectorant; antiseptic, antispasmodic, stomachic aperitif (stimulates the secretion of gastrointestinal juices), carminative (helps eliminate intestinal gases); vermifuge; galactogogue (stimulates milk secretion), emmenagogue (favors the onset of the menstrual cycle), tonic.

Preparation:
