Anise tea, 50 g, Dacia Plant

Properties:
Anise tea is recommended for reducing spasms that occur in the gastrointestinal tract, reducing nausea, improving digestion and increasing the secretion of breast milk.

Contribute to:
- reduction of bloating and spasms that occur in the intestine (in children and adults);
- improving digestion and increasing appetite;
- normalization of digestive secretions (gastric, pancreatic, intestinal and bile);
- increased secretion of milk in the udder;
- maintaining the health of the bronchial tree.

Ingredients:
Anise (Pimpinella anisum) - seeds.

Administration method:
- the powder for sublingual administration - the plant is finely ground with an electric grinder. It is taken, a grated teaspoon four times a day, on an empty stomach. The powder is kept under the tongue for 10-15 minutes, after which it is swallowed with water.
- the infusion - prepare from 2 teaspoons of the plant added to 250 ml of boiling water, keep for 15 minutes at room temperature, then strain and drink on an empty stomach. Administer 2-3 cups of infusion per day, 30 minutes before meals.

Contraindications:
Anise intolerance.

Precautions:
It is used with caution in people who have a predisposition to allergies. Old fruits (over 3 years) or stored in improper conditions (moisture) are not used because they become toxic. The infusion is prepared every day, it is not stored from one day to another.
