Dietary supplement containing 800 μg folic acid, 150 μg iodine and 10 μg vitamin B12.

Folic acid supports the growth of maternal tissue and makes an important contribution to cell division and thus to cell regeneration. For women trying to conceive or during pregnancy, an adequate supply of folic acid is crucial for the development of the embryonic neural tube.

This refers to the first stage of development of the central nervous system, which begins as early as three weeks after conception and from which the brain and spinal cord later develop. Therefore, women wishing to conceive are advised to begin optimizing their folic acid levels several weeks before potential conception.

If pregnancy already exists, folic acid intake should be ensured from the earliest possible time after pregnancy is confirmed. From the time you start trying to conceive until the 13th week of pregnancy, Avitale Folic Acid 800 Plus with 800 μg of folic acid is recommended. From the 13th week of pregnancy and during breastfeeding, Avitale Folic Acid 400 Plus tablets with 400 μg of folic acid are recommended.

Vitamin B12 activates folic acid and is needed by the body to convert folic acid into a usable form.

To be used from the time you start trying to conceive until the 13th week.

Application:

Swallow 1 tablet daily with sufficient liquid at mealtimes.
