- Boswellia, also known as Frankincense or Olibanum, is a species of tree from the Burseraceae family, originating from arid regions of Africa, the Middle East and India;
- these trees produce an aromatic resin, which is mainly used in traditional medicine;

Boswellia Serrata can:

- maintains blood cholesterol within normal limits;
- supports the function of the heart; supports the health of the gastrointestinal tract;

Way of ussage:
Adults: 1 vegetable capsule per day, maximum 2 capsules per day.

Precautions:
Allergies: People allergic to frankincense or other plants from the Burseraceae family should avoid using Boswellia extract;
Pregnancy and breastfeeding: There is not enough information about the safety of using Boswellia extract during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Drug interactions : Boswellia extract may interact with certain medications, including nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), such as ibuprofen or aspirin.
