Ingredients/capsule:

– Extract from Passion Flower plants (Passiflora incarnata); lavender flower extract (Lavandula officinalis); Valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis); potassium (potassium chloride); pumpkin seed extract (Cucurbita pepo);

– melatonin;

- loading agent - cellulose;

- anti-caking agents - magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide;

– capsule: gelatin, calcium carbonate.

Melatonin helps shorten the time needed to fall asleep and mitigate the effects of the sudden change in time zone. It helps to regulate the circadian rhythm, improves the sleep-wake cycle, contributes to improving the quality of sleep, helps to fall asleep naturally.
