Description
Food supplement based on phosphatidylserine, vitamin B5, zinc, lycopene, rhodiola, magnolia and ashwagandha useful for providing an additional amount of these components to the daily diet.
Rhodiola and ashwagandha: tonic-adaptogen. Tonic (physical and mental fatigue). Normalizes mood.
Magnolia: Digestive function. Regulates gastrointestinal motility and gas elimination. Drains body fluids. Fluidifies bronchial secretions. Rebalances oral bacterial flora.
Vitamin B5: contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue; contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
Zinc: contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism; contributes to normal carbohydrate metabolism.

Ashwagandha extract [Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal: root, 5% withanolides], hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, phosphatidylserine 20% powder (contains soy ), rhodiola extract [Sedum roseum (L.) Scop.: root, 3% rosavin, 1% salidroside], magnesium bisglycinate, magnolia extract (Magnolia officinalis Rehder & Wilson: bark, 2% honoquinol), zinc gluconate; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid), lycopene from tomato fruit (Solanum lycopersicum L.).

How to use
It is recommended to take 1-2 capsules per day, during meals.
