Use

Apply a thin layer of the mask to cleansed, damp skin, avoiding the eye area. Gently massage into the skin in circular motions for about 30 seconds. Leave the mask on for 10–15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
Use 1-2 times a week, adjusting the frequency to your skin's needs.
