Indications:
In colds, flu conditions, bronchitis, kidney and bladder conditions, rheumatism, obesity.
Composition:
Sambuci flos (elder flowers).
Administration method:
Add a 250 ml cup of hot water to 1-2 teaspoons. Leave covered for 15-20 minutes, then filter. Drink 3 teas a day, unsweetened, 1 hour before the main meals.
