As a toner/essence:
Apply morning and evening, after cleansing and before serum/cream/oil. Dispense a generous amount into palms and gently press onto face, neck and décolleté, making sure to soak in with each use. Use enough product to completely saturate skin. Allow to dry, then apply serums or concentrates. If using with exfoliating pads or another toner, use those first, then follow with Ceramide Milk.

As a makeup remover/cleanser:
It can also be used as a second cleansing step, soothing and extremely gentle. Soak a cotton pad and gently massage onto face and neck to remove stubborn impurities. No need to rinse.
