Instructions for use: Place on the affected elbow and adjust to provide compression. 1. Insert your arm into the elbow brace. 2. Position the pads on the upper and lower forearm (ulnar and radial sides), just below the elbow. 3. Adjust. Applying the strap: 1. Wrap the band around your forearm until you achieve firm but comfortable pressure. Indications: To prevent injuries during sports. If you easily injure your elbow or do not require immobilization. For tennis elbow (epicondylitis) and/or golfer's elbow (epitrochleitis). Tendinitis, nonspecific pain, after the immobilization period following traumatic injuries. Contraindications: Do not use if you are allergic to any of the materials. If you use a size larger than recommended, the compression and support will be less than normal and will not produce the desired effect. If you use a size smaller than recommended, the compression and support will be greater than desirable for proper blood flow. The garment may be uncomfortable and could even cause pain. The outer packaging also indicates that if you are between sizes, you should always choose the larger size. Composition: Cotton (16%), elastane (19%), multifiber polyamide (55%).
