Indications:
GripVis can be used as an adjuvant in upper respiratory tract infections caused by cold viruses. - - forms a protective barrier against cold viruses.
- contains Carragelose®, a substance that stabilizes the moisturizing film of the oral mucosa and throat formed during the dissolution of the tablet in the mouth. Consequently, the moisturizing film is preserved, forming a physiological barrier against external influences.
- can be used for the prevention and supportive treatment of colds and flu-like viral diseases and helps to hydrate the mucous membrane of the oral cavity and throat.
- For the prevention and supportive treatment of viral infections of the upper respiratory tract.
- For moisturizing the oral cavity and throat, for example in case of cough, hoarseness or dry air.
- For the prevention and supportive treatment of all symptoms caused by dry and/or irritated oral and pharyngeal mucosa.

GripVis Pastile: is intended for use in adults and children over 6 years of age.

Composition:
Each tablet contains iota-carrageenan 10 mg (Carragelose®), isomalt, yellow coloring agent and flavors (honey, menthol, lemon-mint).

Method of administration:
Take one tablet several times a day, usually 3 to 6 times a day, as needed. The total daily amount should not exceed 6 tablets, otherwise it may have a laxative effect.
GripVis can be used for a longer period if necessary (up to 30 days).

Contraindications:
In case of known hypersensitivity to any of the components.

Precautions:
GripVis can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
GripVis acts locally. Carragelose® is not absorbed by the cells of the pharyngeal mucosa.
GripVis contains isomalt and can also be used by diabetics. One tablet corresponds to 0.1 carbohydrate units (one carbohydrate unit is equivalent to 12 g of digestible carbohydrates).
