Method of administration:

The daily portion of the product is 25 g of powder dissolved in 400 ml of water .
Mix in a shaker.
Consume the product only on training days , as follows: drink half of the prepared drink (12.5 g powder + 200 ml water) at least 4 hours before training, and the other half (12.5 g powder + 200 ml water) during training.
Do not exceed one daily serving! The drink is slightly carbonated, open carefully after shaking.
Consume the prepared product on the same day it was made.
