Use

Add 1–2 drops of water to your chosen shade and blend with a brush until smooth. Apply to your eyelid, face, or body to create graphic lines, shapes, and designs. Let dry for an intense, long-lasting effect. Under UV light, selected colors will glow with a neon glow.

Comments

Avoid contact of the product with the inside of the eye. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Keep the palette closed to prevent the pigments from drying out.
