Mode of use

The mud can be applied cold or warm. Warm mud: Soak the mud mask in the bag in warm water (50-60 °C) and heat it for at least 5 minutes. The heated mud is squeezed well in the bag to mix the liquid and solid components of the mud. Check if the mud is too hot to avoid burns. The warm mud is applied in sufficient quantity to the face, body or hair and left for at least 15 minutes, ideally until the mud is completely dry. Dry mud is washed off the skin under running water without using soap, shower gel or shampoo. After drying, a moisturizing cream is applied to the skin. If the entire bag of mud is not consumed, close it so that the mud does not dry out. It is used twice a week.
